Reservations can be made directly to the hotel website (depending on space availability). Concurrently, notify Dr. Klaus-Peter Schwierz of your intent to attend so he can cross check reservations with the hotel.

Opening Dinner:
There is no charge for the opening dinner to workshop participants. There is a charge of 40 Euros per person for spouses / wives / guests that will be collected the evening of the event. All costs of alcholic beverages before, during, and after the dinner are the responsibility of the individual worshop particpant, spouse, wife, or guest.
Dress Code:
Opening Dinner Attire - Sharp Casual. Worshop attire - Albert Casual.
